	Special Events Since 2002, the Consortium Echo-Logique has offered sustainable waste management solutions to hundreds of event and festival promoters throughout Quebec. These big social gatherings attract a large number of people, which generates in a few days an enormous and predictable quantity of residues.

	Écho'Scouade The Écho'Scouade has a mission to reach out to the largest number of individuals to promote the principle of the 3Rs (reduce, reuse, recycle) in public areas and special events in Quebec.
